SP-110 is a co-polymer solution containing acidic groups that allows pigments to be dispersed by steric hindrance. Due to the small size of the pigment particles, it can provide high gloss, improved color intensity, and increased transparency and coverage. These products reduce viscosity, thus improving leveling and increasing pigment content.

SP-110 is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, and can significantly reduce the viscosity of grinding materials. Due to its anionic nature, it is very suitable for use in acid-catalyzed systems (such as coil coatings). The use of electrostatic spraying for coatings containing inorganic pigments can reduce misting.
Recommended Dosage
The dosage of additives (in purchased form) is based on:
Inorganic pigments-----5-10%
Titanium dioxide-----2-4%
Attention
Due to its acidity, it may catalyze the cross-linking of the baking system. The viscosity of the coating system should be checked during storage. For better performance, the additives should be added to the grinding materials first and then to the pigments.
Storage and Transportation
When the temperature is below 5℃, it may separate and become cloudy. Heat to 20℃ and mix well before use.
Packaging
Packaged in 25kg barrels.
