Product Introduction

LG-460 is an improved derivative product of LG-370, which supplements the LG-370 product. LG-460 has all the characteristics of LG-370 and is designed for ultra-high toughness SPC sheet. It mainly targets the high-dosage CPE/ACR system, with an ACR dosage of 4 to 8 parts and a CPE dosage of 4 to 10 parts for the SPC sheet formulation system. Due to the large amount of CPE elastomer used, the dimensional stability of the SPC sheet is poor, and the rigidity of the sheet is insufficient. LG-460 impact-resistant modifier can provide SPC sheets with good toughness, excellent strength and rigidity, particularly outstanding dimensional stability, fatigue resistance, and high wheel rotation cycles, with a dosage of only about 60% to 65% of the total amount of CPE/ACR.

  Suggested Dosage

For high dosage CPE/ACR SPC board systems, the dosage of LG-460 is only 60%-65% of the total amount of CPE/ACR, i.e., if the amount of CPE and ACR is 12 parts, 

the dosage of LG-460 should be around 7-7.5 parts
